In addition to the proprietary Annual Spirit of Math International Contest and WMO Canada global competition, Spirit of Math hosts numerous external contests at select campuses throughout the year. Choose a contest you wish your child to participate in from the options below.
World Math
Olympiad Canada
a not-for-profit powered by Spirit of Math, selects and trains TEAM CANADA, giving grades 3 to 6 students from all over Canada the opportunity to shine globally each year!

Important Information
- Open to all grades 3 to 6 students across Canada
- WMO papers are designed for students from grade 3 to grade 6 split into two levels:
- WMO Level 1: grade 3 and grade 4.
- WMO Level 2: grade 5 and grade 6.
Spirit of Math
International Contest
Spirit of Math presents the Spirit of Math International Contest.
Open to grades 1 to 6, written by students worldwide.
Contest open to ALL students in grades 1 to 6 across the globe whether or not they are registered at Spirit of Math. For more information and to register, click below.
Important Information
- Spirit of Math students from grades 1 to 4 are automatically registered with no additional fees.
External Contests
Providing opportunities to students to participate in external math contests at select Spirit of Math campuses. You can view the external contests schedule by choosing your region from the options below.

Important Information
- Only students enrolled in Spirit of Math are eligible to participate in external math contests hosted by our campuses and may have their names used in promotional material with reference to contest results.
