Welcome to the Spirit of Math Scarborough Agincourt campus.
We are excited to open our campus in the North Scarborough and Agincourt community and become part of an area that values education, enrichment, and growth.
At our campus, we work with students in grades 1–6 to build a strong foundation in mathematics rooted in understanding. Our goal is for students to approach unfamiliar problems with confidence and carry their learning into school, everyday situations, and future academic challenges. Rather than relying on repetition alone, our classes are designed to challenge how students think. Students learn to break down problems, explore different approaches, and clearly communicate their reasoning.
Our teachers are trained in the Spirit of Math methodology and are intentional in how they guide each lesson. We place strong emphasis on discipline, clarity, and perseverance while fostering a classroom environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and learning collaboratively.
As parents of children currently enrolled in the Spirit of Math program, we have personally experienced the impact that strong academic foundations, critical thinking, and meaningful challenge can have on a child’s confidence and growth. As University of Waterloo graduates and professionals in highly analytical and people-centered fields, we value rigorous learning, problem-solving, perseverance, and creating opportunities for children to reach their full potential. We are committed to bringing these values to the Scarborough Agincourt community and supporting students as they grow academically and personally.

I’ve been coming to this Spirit of Math location for many years and have had such a wonderful experience. All the teachers are so patient, helpful, and kind and really go above and beyond to help you understand math. Going to Spirit of Math has helped me gain confidence in math and has taught me so many problem-solving skills that I apply in school.

I’ve been a student at spirit of math since grade one and it has helped me ever since. It’s helped me with my schoolwork and staying on top of it as well as managing my time well. The staff are all super supportive and are always willing to answer any questions you have, not to mention super friendly! My kids have been going to Spirit of Math – Central Campus for over 10 years. The teachers are incredible. Staff is so friendly and helpful. The curriculum is challenging and really brings out the math genius in kids.
