Campus Message

Dear Parents and Guardians,

It is my pleasure to welcome you to our Leaside Campus. With classes, Monday through Thursday and Saturday – the Leaside campus supports students from a wide variety of public and private schools within the area.

The students attending Leaside are highly-motivated and eager for a challenge. We meet their needs by helping them work through a series of challenging math problems that promote logical thinking and quick problem solving while working in groups to solve complex, multi-step problems.

We work closely with both students and parents/guardians alike, to help children achieve their goals as they continually improve their mathematics skills. Our unique curriculum is delivered by professional and highly trained Spirit of Math teachers who are as passionate about teaching, as your children are about learning. With our curriculum, SoM students achieve exceptional results in their day schools, in math contests, and in competitions.

Very good program for advanced students. My son - Grade 9 - only does his Spirit of Math work and doesn't study for school, finishes most of his school homework in class. He got his exam schedule messed up and mistook the date for his math exam. He didn't study at all - and got 97%.

Our experience at Spirit of Math has been an absolute gamechanger for our children's math education journey. Our girls joined the program about two years ago in Grades 5 and 7. The first three months were very difficult as it's a tough and rigorous program and most of their peers had been in the program much longer than they had. There was a lot of catching up to do!
