About This Role: The Receptionist is responsible for the smooth functioning of the Spirit of Math Global Head Office. This individual provides information and liaise with Spirit of Math staff, parents, and students.

Personal Qualities: As this is often the first person who clients talk to and the first-person clients see when they visit our Global Head Office, this person must have excellent interpersonal skills. Their time management, relationship management, social skills and organizational skills are superb. They excel and enjoy building trust by effectively supporting others. They are detail-oriented in performing administrative work and other assigned tasks. They are “go-getters” and precise with their work.

Responsibilities

 The Receptionist will report to the Admissions Manager and is accountable for all the following:

  • Answer client inquiries, in person, via phone, Microsoft Teams, and emails
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Coordinates with Campus Operations to ensure that requests/inquires/concerns have been properly handed off and followed up with and documented as required.
  • Actively build relationships with staff, parents, students, and vendors
  • Understands all our programs and offerings
  • Understands SoM’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRM and provides support to the admissions process as required.
  • Provide support to administrative operational tasks as required.
  • Understands our policy and procedures and ensures adherence to them. Facility:
  • Assist with other needs as they come up at the Global Head Office
  • Ensures that the reception area is neat, tidy and presentable for clients. Other
  • Take on other responsibilities as needed.Restocking marketing material in reception area.

Educational Requirements

A degree or diploma from a recognized college or university.
